To be honest, there are a few things I do not do. I do not work on heating and air conditioning systems. And I’d rather take a beating than paint. There are a lot of people who can paint faster and better than I can.
I work by the hour and my hourly rate is very reasonable. And I never charge for a “service call”.
I bill you only for the amount I pay for materials. I don’t add a percentage. And I always try to get you the best price without cutting corners on quality.
This formula has always worked well in the past. You get quality work at a reasonable price, done by someone you can trust, and I benefit by doing the work while keeping my costs down.

On most jobs I can give you a pretty fair idea of the costs involved. On jobs that require tearing something out and rebuilding it, estimates are harder.
